Green Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1C pineapple

1 handful raw spinach

2 radishes

1/2 cucumber

2 celery stalks

4-8 oz. water (depending on how thick you want the smoothie)
Directions:​

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

Smoothies are a great energy booster and the perfect way to start your day.
You can add hemp seeds and chia seeds to add a nutrient boost, good in protein and omega 3s. You can also add cilantro or parsley to make it a detox smoothie. Be creative!
