Avocado Chocolate Mousse




  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/4 cup regular cocoa powder

  • 1/4 Cup melted dark chocolate (60% or +)

  • 4 tablespoons almond or hazelnut milk

  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup


  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.

  2. Place chocolate mousse in four individual serving dishes (about 2/3 cup per serving). Chill before serving.

  3. Optional: Top with whip cream when ready to serve.




This is the perfect dessert. It won't take longer than 5 minutes to prepare and it is also keto, vegan, gluten free and full of avocado richness!
